Terms of Service

Welcome to Latte and Listing ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our library of editable social media templates (the "Service"). Latte and Listing is operated from the Philippines. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Your account

• You need a member account to open templates. Accounts are provided through our website platform, Wix. You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• Your account is personal. Don't share your login or let others use your account to access templates.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to subscribe to a paid plan.

2. Plans, billing and renewal

• Free plan: gives access to the templates marked "Free". It costs nothing and doesn't renew.
• Pro plans: give access to the whole library, including new templates added while your plan is active. Pro is offered monthly or yearly at the prices shown on our Pricing page, in US dollars (USD). Pro includes the member resources listed on the Pricing page; items marked “Coming soon” are not yet available and are added at no extra cost when they launch.
• Promo codes: launch codes (such as NEW3 or NEWYEAR) must be entered at checkout and are not applied automatically. A code discounts only the number of billing periods stated with it (for example, the first 3 monthly payments or the first yearly payment). After that, your plan renews at the regular price shown on our Pricing page.
• Automatic renewal: Pro plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period and are charged to the payment method you used at checkout until you cancel.
• Payments: payments are processed through Wix's secure checkout by our payment provider (PayPal). We don't receive or store your full card details.
• Price changes: if we change the price of a plan, we'll tell you in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice. If you don't want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
• Taxes: prices may be subject to applicable taxes, which will be shown at checkout where required.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a Pro plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Template license

Our templates are original designs owned by Latte and Listing or our licensors. While you have access to a template under your plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• open your own copy of the template in Canva and customize it;
• use the designs you've customized to promote your own business, brand or personal social media, including for commercial purposes (for example, posts advertising your products or services); and
• keep using designs you created and published while your plan was active, even after your plan ends.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, give away, share or redistribute the templates, whether edited or unedited, including as Canva templates, template packs or files;
• share, publish or forward the Canva template links you receive from us, or give anyone else access to them;
• upload our templates, or designs that are substantially the same as our templates, to any template marketplace, stock site, print-on-demand service or design library;
• use the templates to make design products or templates for other people to customize, or offer them as part of a design service where the client receives the editable template;
• claim the templates as your own original designs, or use them in a trademark or logo; or
• use the templates in any way that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringes anyone's rights.

If you manage social media for clients, you may customize a template for one client's own use at a time, but the editable template and its link must stay in your account and may not be handed over or reused as a product.

5. Canva

Templates are opened and edited in Canva, a separate service. You need your own Canva account, and your use of Canva is subject to Canva's own terms and licenses, including for any Canva photos, graphics or fonts in a design. Canva is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd. Latte and Listing is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Canva.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, logos, text and other content you add to a design. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to use that content and that your finished designs comply with the law and the rules of the platforms where you post them.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. For example, don't try to access templates or links you haven't paid for, bypass access controls, scrape the site, interfere with its security or operation, or use automated tools to download content.

8. Changes to the Service

We regularly add, update and occasionally retire templates. We may change or discontinue features of the Service. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll let you know and you may cancel.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, especially the license restrictions in section 4. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service and templates are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep them high quality and available, but we don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a template will achieve any particular marketing result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law that can't be waived by contract.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the proper courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date and, for important changes, notify members by email. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
