Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want subscribing to Latte and Listing to feel easy and fair. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work. It's part of our Terms of Service.

1. Cancel anytime

• You can cancel a Pro plan (monthly or yearly) at any time before your next renewal date.
• When you cancel, your plan won't renew. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and then your account moves back to no plan, or to Free if you have it.
• To cancel, contact us at [contact email to be added] with the email address on your account. We'll confirm the cancellation by email.
• Designs you customized and published while your plan was active are yours to keep using under the license in our Terms.

2. Refunds

• Monthly plans: payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel within 7 days of your first yearly payment and haven't opened any Pro templates in Canva, contact us for a full refund. After that, yearly payments are non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
• Charged in error: if you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged because of a technical problem on our side, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund the incorrect charge.
• We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law or stated above.
• Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law.

3. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal. PayPal and your bank may take several business days to show the refund.

4. Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time.
