Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Latte and Listing ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website and template library, why we collect it, and your rights. We are based in the Philippines and process personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign up, our website platform, Wix, collects your email address, password (stored securely by Wix; we can't see it) and, if you provide them, your name and profile photo. Your account is a Wix site member account for our site.
Plan and order information
We keep a record of the plan you're on (Free or Pro), your order history, start and renewal dates, and cancellations, so we can give you the right access.
Payment information
Paid plans are bought through Wix's checkout and paid through PayPal. PayPal processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We don't receive or store your full card number. We receive limited payment information, such as the amount, date, payment status and the name or email linked to the payment.
Usage and device information
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site secure and working.
Messages
If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
Free Instagram audit requests
If you request a free Instagram audit, we collect your first name, email address, Instagram handle, industry and (if you add it) your goal, together with the date of the request. We use this to review your public Instagram profile, email you the audit and, with your agreement, send occasional tips, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. We only look at information that is public on your profile. Requests are stored in our Wix site database, which only our team can access.
2. How we use your information
- to create and manage your account and log you in;
- to provide the templates included in your plan, including checking your plan before giving you a Canva template link;
- to process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds;
- to send service messages, such as receipts, renewal reminders, security notices and changes to our terms;
- to send marketing emails about new templates, only if you've agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time;
- to answer your questions and support requests;
- to prevent fraud and abuse, such as sharing of template links, and to keep the Service secure; and
- to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We process your information because it's needed to provide the Service you signed up for (our contract with you), to comply with the law, for our legitimate interests in running and protecting the Service, or with your consent where consent is required.
3. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the site to work. For example, Wix sets cookies that keep you logged in, remember your session and secure checkout. These essential cookies can't be switched off without breaking login. We don't currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings.
4. Who we share information with
- Wix.com, which hosts our website and manages member accounts, plans and checkout on our behalf;
- PayPal, which processes payments for paid plans;
- Canva: when you click "Customize in Canva", you go to Canva's website and sign in to your own Canva account. Canva handles that information under its own privacy policy. We don't send Canva your account details;
- professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed; and
- government authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.
We don't sell your personal information.
5. International transfers
Our service providers, including Wix and PayPal, may store and process information on servers outside the Philippines. When this happens, we rely on providers that maintain appropriate safeguards to protect your information, as required by the Data Privacy Act.
6. How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time, except for records we must keep longer for legal, tax or accounting reasons (such as payment records) or to resolve disputes.
7. Security
We use reasonable organizational, physical and technical measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls that keep paid template links private, and trusted providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs that requires notification, we'll notify the NPC and affected individuals as required by law.
8. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal information is processed;
- access your personal information;
- object to processing, including withdrawing consent for marketing;
- have inaccurate information corrected (rectification);
- have your information erased or blocked, where applicable;
- receive your information in a portable format (data portability);
- claim damages for harm caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized use of personal data; and
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
To use any of these rights, contact us at [contact email to be added]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children
The Service is meant for businesses and adults. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date and notify members of important changes.
11. Contact and data protection officer
For privacy questions or requests, contact our data protection officer at [contact email to be added], or use our Contact page.
